Main Activity:
Building the brand tactical plan and designing & executing the campaign. Fully understand the market and HCP insight, create brand core elements and engage KEEs
Interface with SFE, medical and other functions as supporter
-Explore customer insight and brand value proposition to support developing brand strategy.Working with Marketing Manager to develop brand life cycle management strategy
-To plan product promotion tactics, develop the scheme, forms, methods and technology of promotion (action plan, media plan), to implement the terms of the financial discipline in accordance with budget
-KEE engagement, establish and lead key relationships with KEEs
-Ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story. Develop brand promotional materials and internal training materials; Train Field Force on product knowledge and tactical plan
-DS/AZ alliance and collaboration, DS internal cross functional collaboration
Requirements:
3 more years working experience in pharmaceutical line or related
