Responsibilities:

1.Develop, maintain and optimize the local process/SOP of China Medical Affairs, which is consistent with global SOP and company policy.
2.Responsible for trainings to Medical associates around Medical relevant policy, procedure and SOPs.
3.Oversee critical compliance process/systems, including providing Medical compliance suggestion and approval to activities & programs run by company. Lead medical governance work to make sure that all medical associates’ activities aligned with SOPs and local policy.
4.Be the compliance consultant for Medical and cross-function associates on Medical related topic.
5.Be the coordinator/contact point of internal and external audit and inspection, work with function heads to determine the action plan for findings resolving and ensure follow-ups have been implemented.
6.Be responsible for design and deploy content management of Medical affairs department.  
7.Design and deploy regular quality check in Medical affairs if needed.
8.Other medical excellence work assigned by line manager 


Requirements:

1.At least 4 years of experience in healthcare field and 2 years of relevant experience on Medical Compliance department in pharma industry or consulting firm. Knowledge of GCP is preferred.
2.Ability to build good relationship internally with cross-functions.
3.Good communication skills and high motivation of achieving high performance.
