Responsibilities:

- Establish strategy for standardization of HER2 low and HER2 mutation diagnostics, ensure that HER2 low and HER2 mutation is identified with high quality and sufficient quantity

- Establish the whole process management system of Dx-Rx. set up and lead the  x-functional Dx-Rx platform among Central/Local MKT, Sales, Medical, and Training team

- Through cooperation with the society of Pathology / PQCC etc. , design and implement the action plan for diagnostic standardization to increase the number of accurate diagnoses of the top hospitals and the disease awareness rate of HER2 low

- Cooperate with global, brand and medical team to implement new Dx methods to meet the needs of LC, GC, BC and Pan-tumor for accurate diagnosis of HER2 amplification / mutation

- Select, manage and oversee vendors which provides biomarker testing

- Build a strong and stable Dx team of Enhertu

- DS/AZ alliance and collaboration

Requirements:

抗肿瘤药物产品管理经验4年以上且有团队管理经验

或 制药企业诊断团队工作6年以上且有团队管理经验

或 诊断行业相关公司市场/产品团队工作6年以上且有团队管理经验
