Job Responsibilities:

1. Work as China Local Project Team (CLPT) lead to drive the planning and excution of ADC projects  

2. Develop China development strategy and clinical development plan for ADCs 

3. Create protocol and CSR for China local study  

4. Provide medical inputs for IND/NDA submssion and HA consultation 

5. Act as medical monitor to oversee the China local study or China part in global study 

6. Connect and engage with KEEs at project and study level 

Qualifications:

1. Clinical medicine with master degree or above 

2. At least 5 years working experience in ONC with more than 3 years experience in clinical development.  

3.Having experience of medical monitoring and IND/NDA submission. 

4.Good collabration with cross fuctionnal team
