Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for Enhertu Breast Cancer commercialization, working with launch project team and AZ alliance working group to deliver high quality brand plan and ensure execution

2、Build and develop oncology marketing team, to Lead successful BC launch and readiness activities in the field

3、ASCA region marketing team communication,  to ensure strategy alignment, resource secured, and support provided as required

4、Cross function collaboration, including BU sales/S&O, Medical, access, RA/R&D to achieve launch excellence

5、External KEE/HCP interaction for insight generation, to ensure brand competitive advantage and marketing effectiveness

6、Budget planning and control

 

 Requirements:

1、PhD, MD, or other advanced University degree in Science, medicine/pharmacist preferred, MBA desirable

2、>10 years of professional experience within Pharmaceutical industry in China, global pharmaceutical experience desirable (e.g. IA / rotation)

3、Fluent in Chinese/English reading, speaking, writing/

4、Expert in the Chinese oncology market,  at least > 5 years brand management experience

5、New product/indication launch experience in China

6、Significant knowledge of external stakeholders, including local KOLs, physicians, patients, payers, caregivers and health authorities.

7、Proven ability to lead, set direction, align, engage, coach and motivate colleagues Clear and compelling communication

8、Strong leadership and influencing skills across geographies and culture differences

9、Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
