Responsibilities:
1、Enhertu sales team recruitment and deployment, to achieve successful launch and build a high performance team in the field to achieve business goal
2、Team coaching and development to advocate high performance culture embedded with DS culture
3、Ensure sales team well trained to deliver right messages, strategy execution in line with business planning
4、External KEE/HCP interaction and activities organized in line with plan, insight generation and feedback, to support business planning and
5、Closely working with SFE to ensure sales performance achieved, and related KPIs/dashboard defined, tracked, performance management and the process implement across regions
6、Cross function collaboration, including local marketing, field medical, KA etc, to integrate resource for strategy implementation to achieve key account and territory planning excellence
7、Budget planning and control
Requirements:
1、PhD, MD, or other advanced University degree in Science, medicine/pharmacist preferred, MBA desirable
2、>10 years of professional experience within Pharmaceutical industry in China
3、Fluent in Chinese/English reading, speaking, writing
4、Expert in the Chinese oncology market, at least > 5 years oncology sales management experience
5、New product/indication launch experience in China
6、Significant knowledge of external stakeholders, including local KOLs, physicians, patients, payers, caregivers and health authorities.
7、Proven ability to lead, set direction, align, engage, coach and motivate colleagues/
8、Clear and compelling communication
9、Strong leadership and influencing skills across geographies and culture differences
10、Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
