Responsibilities:

1、Plan, execute and manage market research projects & budget for inline and portfolio products 

2、Work as a core member of brand teams to collaborate with MKT, MED, Sales to identify business issues

3、Work closely with marketing team to support annual brand plan process: go through brand fact book draft with team leader; review & finalise fact book with marketing team

4、Communicate insights with key stakeholders, brand/competitor performance tracking, identify specific issues and imply actions  

5、Market dynamics analysis including policy, competitor landscape to analysis opportunities to support development plan of new assets  

6、Syndicated database management & maintenance  


Requirements:

1、Bachelor required, but Master preferred in marketing, business administration,  statistical analyses, medical, pharmacy 

2、Min 3+ yrs experience of marketing research responsibilities in pharmaceutical industry

3、English fluent for both speaking and writing 

4、Mastering of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and their applications

5、Be able to develop customized research to address business issue together with cross functional team

6、Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales/marketing, superior communication and influencing skills

7、Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel
