Responsibilities:

- Collaboratively working with brand strategy team to develop digital and patient centricity strategy, lead the MCM team to ensure execution with innovation to support Enhertu launch strategy and business objectives
- Through digital platforms or innovative methods, establish confidence in right dose and adequate cycle of treatment and raise awareness that AE is manageable
- Cooperate with third-party societies, patient organizations or relevant innovative payment partners to establish the whole process management system for HER2 driving tumor patients
- DS internal cross functional collaboration, set up and lead the  x-functional platform among Medical, Sales, Dx and Access team
- DS/AZ alliance and collaboration 

Requirements:

More than 4 years of experience in antitumor product management, or MM of Specialty Drug
 Experience in digital marketing is preferred  
 Market, Trend, Customer and Competitor insight
 Strategic thinking and planning
 Digital & innovation
 Strong cross-functional collaboration ability
 Project Management
