Responsibilities:

- Support the regional sales team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure all in-field strategies, tactics and materials are aligned in order to drive momentum of strategic brand objectives
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of regional marketing activities to strengthen the recognition of brand, effectively manage the expenses and budget  
- Work closely with Sales Force to engage Regional KEEs and maintain good customer relationship  
- Timely feedback customer insight, project implementation progress and competitor trends to the central marketing team
- DS internal cross functional collaboration.  Assist RSM to set up the  x-functional communication platform among Dx team, Sales, MSL, Pts education
- Training of sales team on product or marketing projects
- DS/AZ alliance and collaboration  

Requirements:

RMM of anti-tumor products  
 High performance sales manager of anti-tumor products
 Good customer and competitor insight
 Good regional operational planning and execution
 Strong regional KEE management and development  
 Good cross-functional collaboration ability
 Strong learning agility and willing
