Responsibilities:

- Work with Brand strategy team and national sales director for Regional strategy development and activity plan for execution.  
- Integrate resource and get support from cross functions such as MSL, Dx, Sales, Marketing to achieve brand ambition and business objectives
- Ensure local customer facing team built and developed
- Effectively manage the budget and expenses  
- Work closely with Sales Force to engage KEEs and maintain good customer relationship  
- Work closely with Brand team and Sales team to expertly diagnoses root causes of brand performance and adapts the strategy and plan in a timely and appropriate manner
- DS/AZ alliance and collaboration, DS internal cross functional collaboration 


Requirements:

 MM or SPM for antitumor products is preferred
 Local MKT Lead or High performance RMM of anti-tumor products  
 Team management experience is required
 Strong regional marketing planning skills and good project management skills
 Good Strategic thinking and KEE engagement
 Strong cross-functional collaboration ability
 Strong team management and development skills
