Responsibilities:

1. Drive strategic projects and key initiatives for China oncology division to support the business growth.

2. Develop oncology TA strategy by tumor and ensure operational alignment.

3. Develop oncology business planning framework and lead the process via close communication with global/ regional and local stakeholders.

 4. Develop template, prepare for global/regional stakeholder review and add-hoc strategic assignment.

5.  Plan, manage and ensure quality of OBD China management meetings and track follow up.

6.  Establish marketing excellence system leveraging competency model, develop benchmark and improve overall team capability by designing systemic training and on-job learning programs. 

7. Monitor and ensure the execution of marketing strategies, set up KPI and process to evaluate marketing activity effectiveness. 


Qualifications:

1Bachelor Degree is must, medical background preferred

2. 5 years or above strategic planning, marketing or marketing excellence working experience in MNC, deep understanding on China pharmaceutical commercial environment, pre-launch experience is a plus

3. Fluent English and Mandarin

4. Strategic thinking / Project management

5. Proficient in Excel and Power point
