Responsibilities:

-Develop effective competitive launch readiness plan including clear marketing strategy and solid tactical plan for new indication launch

-Establish long-term product forecast model and accurate projection to support ENHERTU whole business planning and successful commercial launch

-Strong KOL relationship and brand positioning endorsement and leverage KOLs' influence to shape treatment perception

- DS internal cross functional collaboration, set up and lead the x-functional platform among Medical, Sales, Dx and Access team to ensure ENHERTU launch excellence in GC

- DS/AZ alliance and collaboration

-Develop team to ensure efficient execution and closely monitor activity progress


Qualifications:

-More than 5 years of working experience and at least 2 years product management experience

-Strategic thinking and planning

-Market, Trend, Customer and Competitor insight

-Strong KEE engagement ability

-Strong cross-functional collaboration ability

-Prefer new product launch experience
