Responsibilities:
-Enhertu sales team recruitment and deployment, to achieve successful launch and build a high performance team in the field to achieve business goal
-Team coaching and development to advocate high performance culture embedded with DS culture
-Ensure sales team well trained to deliver right messages, strategy execution in line with key metrics setting
-External KEE/HCP interaction and activities organized in line with plan, insight generation and feedback, to develop local business plan with central and local marketing
-Cross function collaboration, including local marketing, field medical, Dx, KA etc, to integrate resource for strategy development and implementation to achieve business objectives and goal.
-Closely working with SFE and T&L to ensure sales performance measurement and management to ensure implementation
-Budget planning and control
Requirements:
-PhD, MD, or other advanced University degree in Science, medicine/pharmacist preferred, MBA desirable
->8 years of professional experience within Pharmaceutical industry in China
-Fluent in Chinese reading, speaking, writing
-Expert in the Chinese oncology market, at least > 5 years oncology sales management experience
-New product/indication launch experience in China preferred
-Significant knowledge of external stakeholders, including local KOLs, physicians, patients, payers, caregivers and health authorities.
-Proven ability to lead, set direction, align, engage, coach and motivate colleagues/
-Clear and compelling communication
-Strong leadership and influencing skills across geographies and culture differences
-Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
