Responsibilities:

-Undertake sales skills training courses that meet the requirements of product promotion for sales force

-According to the regional training needs, formulate targeted training projects and activities to improve the ability of regional sales managers

-Evaluate the ability of the sales manager and develop various abilities of competency model of the sales management team through course training and field coaching

-Implement product training plans for the sales team in pre-launch and post-launch,  help the sales team master disease and product knowledge & competitive product knowledge through offline and online system

-Work with MKT/SF/Med team to enhance training content, plan and training quality within time frame and budget


Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above

->3 years of MNC healthcare industry experience, new onc product/indication launch experience in China is preferred

-Fluent in English reading, speaking, writing

-3 years and above related working experience in training

-Cross functional collaboration, proven experience and ability of working with cross functional teams

-Take accountability and responsibility, self-motivated

-Strong communication and influencing skills

-Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations

-Office Microsoft
