Responsibilities:

-Assistant department budget expense tracking with company financial cycle e.g LE, MTP  

-Assist department daily work and activity, support project tracking and provide administrative support

-Assist purchase orders, invoice and other financial management

-Responsible for coordinating the organization of internal activities; communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary

-Proactively and independently organize and expedite workflow and initiate follow-up

-Handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality


Requirements:

-Bachelor degree and above

->2 years of MNC healthcare industry experience

-Fluency in English both written and spoken

-2 years and above related working experience in assistant role

-Proven experience and ability of working with cross functional teams

-Take accountability and responsibility, self-motivated

-Strong communication and influencing skills

-Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
