COMPETENCIES

Academic / Professional Qualification:

1. Master’s degree and above.

2. Major in Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health and related.

Technical / Skills

1. Solid knowledge of Pharmacoeconomics and capability of developing/localization CEA&BIA modeling

2. Strong cross-functional project management skills. Proven success in leading cross-functional team

activities and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders.

3. Abilityto transfer knowledge.

4. Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the China pharmaceutical market landscape, market access

environment and access strategy direction of different TAs.

5. Quick learner with passion to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Good teamwork player.

7. Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese, both oral and written) .

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and good PPT/presentation/communication skills.

Previous Working Experience:

At least 3 years of pharmaceutical related working experience in MNCs or Health Economy

related research institute, Health Economy model development and project management experience required,

market access experience preferred.
