岗位职责

1)根据公司战略规划及销售指标制定公司整体数字化策略及营销计划,且有效实施数字化营销方案

2)主导互联网医院等创新项目实施,与销售团队、市场和相关供应商紧密合作,以实现运营卓越、数据洞察跟踪、最佳实践收集和内部知识建设

3)主导数字化时代的医生&患者教育项目及电子视频物料制作,并负责投放运营、管理及跨部门沟通

4)配合协助电商经理,运维电商平台患者项目及相关数据分析

6)主动,积极进行工作汇报,沟通和反馈。及时,有效的完成上级交付的其他各项任务

7)确保业务中商业行为和竞争行为的合规性

1) Formulated the company's overall digital strategy and marketing plan according to the company's strategic planning and sales indicators, and effectively implemented the digital marketing plan

2) Lead the implementation of innovative projects such as Internet hospital, work closely with sales team, marketing and related suppliers to achieve operational excellence, data insight tracking, best practice collection and internal knowledge building

3) Lead the production of doctor & patient education projects and electronic video materials in the digital era, and be responsible for the operation, management and cross-departmental communication

4) Assist the e-commerce manager in the operation and maintenance of e-commerce platform patient projects and relevant data analysis

6) Take the initiative to report, communicate and give feedback. Timely and effectively complete other tasks assigned by superior

7) Ensure the compliance of commercial and competitive behaviors in the business

资历要求

1)统招全日制本科以上学历,3年以上制药行业工作经验(Rx或OTC;奶粉;医疗器械领域均可)

2)有处方药零售MNC企业数字化方向从业经历

3)较强的学习敏捷性和战略思维能力,跨部门协作能力强

4)英语书写流利

1)Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry (Rx or OTC; Milk powder; Medical device field)

2) Working experience in digital direction of prescription drug retail MNC enterprises

3) Strong learning agility, strategic thinking ability, and cross-departmental collaboration ability

4) Fluent in written English
