Specific Responsibilities

1. Organize initiatives at PCD level to motivate and engage team members for result-orientation and culture build-up

2. Develop internal communication project plans, ensuring consistency of message delivery and translating strategic priorities to engage employees within PCD, including strategy, values and culture

3. Conduct efficient measures within PCD to improve the effectiveness of daily operations to support and facilitate business managements

4. Be responsible for the budget management of BID to improve the efficiency

5. Implement Best of BID plan to motivate and boost up team spirit, and also help build up professional & specilized image


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. 5 years at least for adminstration and communication

3. CET6

4.Good MS Office software skills
