岗位职责:

•Serve as the primary point of contact and business partner for the medical and R&D departments in pharmaceutical companies.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements.

•Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions and manage 3rd party vendors.

•Manage and prioritize IT requests, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of solutions.

•Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of applications related to medical knowledge promotion, internal medical knowledge sharing, CRM, academic events hosting, academic knowledge management, medical-related inquiries, HRG management, and clinical trial-related matters.

•Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure the successful development and deployment of IT solutions.

•Provide technical guidance and support to end-users regarding the use of IT systems and applications.

•Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate efficient system usage.

•Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements.

•Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the medical and R&D domains in the pharmaceutical industry.

•Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to align IT strategies and initiatives with business objectives.

资历要求:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Medical background is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT consulting role.

Familiarity with IT solutions and applications in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in the medical and R&D domains.

Knowledge of CRM systems, event management platforms, content management systems, HRG management tools, and clinical trial-related applications.

Understanding of medical and regulatory compliance requirements related to IT solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in managing IT projects and vendor relationships.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes in the medical and R&D domains.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 Familiarity with CRM systems, content management systems, event management platforms, HRG management tools, and clinical trial-related applications.

 Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying.

 Proficient in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
