Responsibilities：

1.根据每个产品销售需求，制定采购供应需求计划并与海外供应商协调执行。

Lead demand estimation based on each production to satisfy the commercial delivery demand, create a supply / demand plan and execute with oversea suppliers

2.准备月度滚动预测并制作确认的P/O，提交由DSCN SCM经理确认与复核。

Prepare monthly rolling forecast and issue confirmed P/O , submit to DSCN SCM manager

3.与供应商协调跟进交货进度。

Coordinate with vendor to following up delivery schedule.

4.协助D&S logistics经理制定年度及LE预算。

Assist D&S and logistics manager to create annual & LE budget

5.根据库存目标进行库存管理和控制，并编制库存报告。

Inventory management and control based on target MOH and prepare inventory report.

6.配合GMSP-QA进行变更管理。

Coordinate change control activity in collaborate with GMSP-QA department.

7.协助D&S logistics经理准备与MAH的相关合同签署。

Assist D&S and logistics manager to prepare contract with MAH.

8.采购相关的付款申请及SAP系统操作。

Apply payment per purchase order and SAP system handling.

Experience and Qualification：

1.本科及以上学历、管理及物流类专业毕业优先

Bachelor degree or above, major in management or logistics is preferred

2.5年以上工作经历，至少3年以上供应链岗位工作经验，有药企经验者优先。

At least 5 years working experience, 3 years working experience in supply chain position, experience in pharmaceutical company is preferred.

3.英语读写说流利

Fluent in oral and written English

4.足够的商业和管理原则知识(预算、计划、资源分配)

Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, planning, resource allocation)

5.熟悉需求管理，库存和管理流程

Be knowledgeable of demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes

6.良好沟通能力及团队意识

Good communication skill

7.熟练使用word、excel、PPT

Proficient in word, excel, PPT
