Responsibilities：

1.根据进口到货计划及时安排清关手续。

Arrange customs clearance in time according to import production delivery plan.

2.了解和掌握最新的海关政策，并与当地海关保持良好的关系。

Understand and master the latest customs policy and maintain good relationship with local customs.

3.与QA一起执行并协助运输验证工作(从海外仓库到国内仓库或经销商仓库).。

Excute and assitant shipping validation study (from oversea to domestic warehouse or distributors warehouse) with QA.

4.安排仓库的物流提货，监督日常运作。

Arrange logistics pick up from warehouse , monitoring daily operation

5.负责进口成品在保税区进行药监码赋码工作，并负责药监码第三方平台相关信息维护。

Arrange serialization numbers (drug barcode) application from 3rd party platform & pasting serialization numbers(drug barcode)and labels for FP in Free Trade Zone

6.第三方物流公司及仓储服务日常监督及服务评价。

3rd party logistics and warehouse vendor service evaluation and daily operation supervision.

7.负责进口品包装稿件设计及流转确认。

Create / change the packaging design and prepare draft for review.

Experience and Qualification：

1.本科及以上学历、管理及物流类专业毕业优先

Bachelor degree or above, major in management or logistics is preferred

2.5年以上工作经历，至少3年以上报关及物流岗位工作经验，有药企经验者优先。

At least 5 years working experience, 3 years working experience in custom clearance and logistics position, experience in pharmaceutical company is preferred.

3.英语读写说流利

Fluent in oral and written English

4.足够的海关知识(熟悉报关流程)

Sufficient customs knowledge (familiar with customs declaration process)

5.熟悉物流配送管理流程

Familiar with logistics distribution management process

6.良好沟通能力及团队意识

Good communication skill

7.熟练使用word、excel、PPT

Proficient in word, excel, PPT
