职位目的:

在公司战略方针指导下,致力于与外部客户及媒体维持的良好关系,开展企业宣品牌宣传活动、提升公司形象。

Under the guidance of the company's strategic policy, we are committed to maintaining good relationships with external customers and media, conducting corporate brand promotion activities, and enhancing the company's image.


具体职责:

1.负责公司品牌推广的制定、策划、组织、推广以及实施等管理工作;

Responsible for the development, planning, organization, promotion, and implementation of the company's brand promotion management work;

2.建立与外部媒体良好的关系并储备媒体资源,与外界建立长效可行的公关关系;

Establish good relationships with external media and reserve media resources, and establish long-term and feasible public relations relationships with the outside world;

3.策划公司品牌传播活动并落地执行,提升公司品牌形象;

Plan and implement company brand communication activities to enhance the company's brand image;

4.进行舆情管理,建立媒体信息危机管理体系,并妥善应对;

Conduct public opinion management, establish a media information crisis management system, and respond appropriately;

5.完善公司信息发布流程和管理机制;

Improve the company's information dissemination process and management mechanism;

6.协助做好公司内部各部门关系的沟通与协调

Assist in communication and coordination of internal departmental relationships within the company

7.完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.


任职资历:

专科或以上学历,文秘、中文、公关、行政管理等相关专业

College degree or above, secretary, Chinese, public relations, administrative management and other related majors

5年以上相关工作经验

More than 5 years of relevant work experience

熟练的日语或英语听、说、读、写能力

Proficient in Japanese or English listening, speaking, reading and writing

良好的分析能力;良好的组织协调能力;良好的问题解决能力;

Initiative, sense of responsibility and pressure resistance; Good communication and response skills; Good organization and coordination ability; Good problem solving ability;

熟练运用计算机办公软件

Skillful use of computer office software
