岗位职责：

1. Work as China Local Project Team (CLPT) lead to drive the planning and execution of ADC projects

2. Develop China development strategy and clinical development plan for ADCs

3. Create protocol and CSR for China local study

4. Provide medical inputs for IND/NDA submission and HA consultation

5. Act as medical monitor to oversee the China local study or China part in global study

6. Connect and engage with KEEs at project and study level

资历要求：

1. Education background:

Clinical medicine with master degree or above

2. Working experience:

At least 5 years working experience in ONC with more than 2 years experience in clinical development.

Having experience of medical monitoring and IND submission. NDA experience is preferred.
