岗位职责

1.熟练掌握人力资源部发布的各项制度,并有效贯彻实施(及时解答员工关于薪酬福利制度相关问题)

Master all the rules issued by human resources department and effectively implement them (timely answer questions related to C&B rules to employee)

2.负责日方派遣和外籍员工事务(含:来华、就业证、居留许可证等)

Responsible for expatriates and foreign employees' affairs in China (including entry China, employment permit, residence permit, etc.)

3.负责员工居住证及上海户口的办理

Responsible for the application of employees' residence permits and Shanghai permanent resident

4.实施公司年度表彰事务

Implement the company's annual recognition affairs

5.根据相关流程,负责员工考勤工作(DSCN员工)、人事系统的资料维护等相关工作

According to relevant process, responsible for attendance checking (DSCN employees), HRIS data input or matenance relevant work.

6.每月最后第二个工作日完成工作月报

Complete the monthly work report on the last second working day of each month

7.上司安排的其他薪酬福利科相关工作

Other work related to total rewards section assigned by the supervisor

任职资格

1.专科及以上学历

College or above

2.1年以上工作经验

1 year and above working experience

3.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing

4.良好的沟通能力,良好的团队合作精神,良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力

Good communication skills,good team player,good logical thinking and data analysis ability
