岗位职责

1.根据公司战略及规划制定电商O2O&POP策略及相应的实施计划,包括但不限于年度站内外市场投放、重要节日销售拉动、价格体系策略及维护、患者教育项目、互联网医院项目等

2.负责0-1搭建第一三共在各大平台上的旗舰店包括但不限于整体规划策略、营销方式、推广等系统性经营工作,最大程度提升店铺销售潜力

3.根据内外部市场环境进行电商数据的整体分析,平台数据分析,根据数据分析结果提出可行性提升方案并提升平台销量

4.One team文化,团队内部根据业务需要,协同跟进或负责处方药零售线下零售药店相关项目

5.以业务为导向,根据业务需要和上级安排,主动,积极进行工作汇报,沟通和反馈

6.确保业务中商业行为和竞争行为的合规性

1.Developed EC O2O & POP strategies and corresponding implementation plans according to the company's strategic planning, including but not limited to annual on/off-site advertising, sales promotion of major shopping festivals, price strategies maintenance, patient education projects, e-hospital projects, etc.

2.Responsible for building DSCN flagship stores on all major platforms from scratch, including but not limited to the overall planning strategy, marketing modes, promotion, and other systematic operations to maximize the store's sales potential.

3.Conduct overall analysis of e-commerce and platform data according to the internal and external market environment, propose feasible improvement schemes, and increase GMV according to analysis results.

4.One team culture: collaborative follow-up or responsibility for offline retail Rx pharmacy-related projects within the team according to business needs.

5.Business-oriented, according to business requirements and superior arrangements, actively reports, communicates, and gives feedback.

6.Ensuring compliance with business and competitive practices in operations.




资历要求

1) 5年以上制药行业工作经验(Rx或OTC;奶粉;医疗器械领域)

2) 2年以上医院或RX零售渠道营销品牌负责人工作经验

3)较强的学习敏捷性和战略思维能力

4)跨部门协作能力强

5)良好的项目管理和沟通能力

6)大学学历,英语书写流利



1)More than 5yr working experience in pharma industry(Rx or OTC; Milk powder;Medical device field)

2)More than 2yrs experience on hospital or RX retail channel marketing brand owner roles

3)Strong learning agility and strategic thinking

4)Strong cross-functional clooaboration ability

5)Good project management and communication skill

6)University degree, fluent in written english
