岗位职责:

Planning and delivery

1.      Establishes strategy and direction for MSL team. Combine broad therapeutic knowledge and business acumen to develop strategies and tactics at national level in designated therapeutic area.

2.      Drive team to collaborate with KEEs and society to build up innovative scientific partnership.

3.      Work closely with the Medical Team/Medical Advisors to develop the medical strategy that aligns MSL Plan with Brand Medical Plan and provides support to the sale team or other internal

stakeholders

4.      Resource optimization and organizational effectiveness - Ongoing assessment of MSL team resources to fulfil Brand and KEE requirements

5.      Define a specific customer engagement plan for self and team that is aligned with Brand Medical Plan including 1:1 customer activity and CME meeting objectives

6.      Ensure each MSL has their own KEE engagement plan and defined customer goals

7.      Support MSLs in their external stakeholder engagement by reviewing their pre- meeting objectives

8.      Track team and individual delivery versus plan and adjust plan accordingly

9.      Provide regular updates to organization on Delivery versus plan, variance to plan and proposed Mitigation.

10.      Maintains proactive and responsible communication within the internal stakeholders, as it relates to

MSL activities/ outcomes that support the achievement of business objectives.

11.      Contributed in Medical Plan Strategy process like template update upon current business needs and strategic priorities and pointed out the focus area to improve Medical Advisor skills in data generation, strategic thinking and project management and new product pre-launch standardization

1.      Ensure self and team operate within the relevant Codes of Conduct, including field medical and material review SOPs

2.      Ensure self understand Daiichi Sankyo policies when engaging KEEs and external stakeholders


招聘要求:

1.      Master advanced degree in science or clinical qualification, with 3+ year on relevant experience of medical affairs in pharmaceutical company

2.      Bachelor degree with strong medical background with more than 2 years clinical experiences,  and more than  5+ year on relevant experience of medical affairs in pharmaceutical company

3.      Minimum 1 year of  people management required

4.      Extensive experience of Medical Affairs function with in a pharmaceutical industry

5.      Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management

6.      Project management experience

7.      Extensive team management experiences    

8.      Organization and people development capability
