职位总体目的(主要职责)

The IT BP role will addressing the IT needs of our commercial and retail and CSO related business.  The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical rebate methodologies, compliance standards such as GSP and GMP, and expertise in Distributors Data Integration, Dealer Management System with a strong background in IT BRM and implementation.

Collaborate with the Business Team (commercial team, retail team, CSO management team):

- Understand the specific IT requirements of the commercial team, encompassing commercial sales, and distribution functions.

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for IT-driven enhancements that optimize operational efficiency and support business objectives.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of the commercial team.

Expertise in Pharma Rebate Methodology:

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical rebate methodologies and DDI processing.

- Analyze rebate processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize rebate programs and maximize operational efficiency and accuracy.

Familiarity with GSP and GMP:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Good Storage Practice (GSP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

- Ensure that IT systems and processes align with GSP and GMP guidelines to maintain product quality and integrity throughout the supply chain.

Project management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution.

- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of project outcomes.

资历要求：

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.

-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading cross-functional projects in the pharmaceutical companies.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical rebate methodologies, GSP, GMP, and Distributors Data Integration.

-Fluency in English languages.

-Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
