Responsibilities:
Evidence Generation
Get involved in brand level access strategy development from HE perspective.
Develop tailored HE evidence generation strategy of core brands.
Establish PE evidence chain via leveraging internal & external resources.
Play as contact window to global/ASCA HEOR team.
Educate cross-functional teams about PE related knowledge.
KPIs：
Delivery of HE strategy of core brands
Delivery of HE evidences chain including but not limited to HE model adaption, disease burden, patient preference study, etc.
External Stakeholder Engagement
Complete external HE stakeholder mapping.
Develop tailored engagement plan for top KOLs.
Maintain good partnership with 3rd party academic associations and implement HE related projects.

• Academic / Professional Qualification:
1. Master’s degree and above.
2. Major in Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health and related.
• Technical / Skills
1. Solid knowledge of Pharmacoeconomics and capability of developing/localization CEA&BIA modeling
2. Strong cross-functional project management skills. Proven success in leading cross-functional team activities and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
3. Ability to transfer knowledge.
4. Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the China pharmaceutical market landscape, market access environment and access strategy direction of different TAs.
5. Quick learner with passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good teamwork player.
7. Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese, both oral and written).
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and good PPT/presentation/communication skills.
• Previous Working Experience:
At least 4 years of pharmaceutical related working experience in MNCs or Health Economy related research institute, Health Economy model development and project management experience required, market access experience preferred.
