职位总体目的(主要职责)

As the Manager of IT Data Intelligence, you will play a critical role in leading the data governance, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and Business Intelligence (BI) functions. Reporting to the IT office leader, you will oversee a team of professionals responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and usability of data across the organization. Your primary focus will be on driving data governance initiatives, managing ETL processes, and delivering actionable insights through BI solutions. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in data management, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Data Governance:

● Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements

● Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability frameworks to establish clear roles and responsibilities for managing data assets.

● Establish data quality metrics, monitoring mechanisms, and remediation processes to address data inconsistencies and anomalies.

Data & BI Management:

● Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse or data lake.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that ETL solutions meet business needs and data governance standards.

● Optimize ETL workflows, performance, and scalability to support growing data volumes and evolving business requirements.

● Lead the implementation and enhancement of BI tools and platforms to enable self-service analytics, reporting, and data visualization for business users.

● Work closely with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor business performance.

● Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making practices by promoting BI best practices and providing training and support to end-users.

Stakeholder Engagement:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data-related needs and priorities.

● Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote the value of data intelligence initiatives and garner support for strategic projects.

Team Leadership:

● Manage a team of data engineers, BI developers, and data analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

● Define team objectives, priorities, and resource allocations in alignment with strategic goals and project timelines.

● Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation with new technologies and methodologies.

资历要求：

● Familiarity with DDI Data Flow and SFE Management in China Pharm Industry:

● Possess a deep understanding of Data, Decision, and Insight (DDI) data flow principles and methodologies.

● Stay abreast of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) management practices and trends within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the Chinese market.

● Acquire knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry data standards, including CPA and CHPA data formats.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to clinical trial data management and reporting.

● Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in China.

● Proficiency in BI tools and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools,

● Experience with data modeling techniques and tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar.
