职位总体目的(主要职责)

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the cloud infrastructure and networking services within the organization. This role requires expertise in Azure and AWS cloud services, as well as proficiency in cloud landing zone architecture, cloud native service management, cloud service monitoring, cloud security technology implementation, networking design & implementation and vendor management. Contribute to overall IT DX objective in DSCN.

●You’ll spend approximately 60% of your time designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices. Not limited to

Cloud landing zone architecture design which ensuring efficient and secure cloud operations.

Manage and optimize cloud-native services to meet organizational requirements.

Monitor cloud services for performance, availability, and security.

Implement and maintain cloud security measures, including access controls, encryption, and data protection.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of cloud services.

●You’ll spend approximately 40% of your time designing, constructing, and integrating technologies which strengthen our office & datacenter network security posture and overall network operational health.

Designing and implementing a high-performing network integrating Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), the Internet, and intranet components to meet user and employer needs.

Providing network infrastructure management, network infrastructure management, network monitoring management, virtual machine management and back-up and documentation.

Working with security team to ensure strategic alignment, and risks are addressed.

●Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud& network technology and provide recommendations for improvements. Adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.

●Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud & network infrastructure and services.

●Conduct regular audits and assessments of cloud& network environments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

资历要求：

●Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

●4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related role.

●3+ years implementing enterprise networks with routers/switches and security tools.

●1+ year in reading technical documents and using engineering/monitoring tools.

●Extensive experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.

●Strong knowledge of cloud landing zone architecture and best practices.

●Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing cloud-native services.

●Proficiency in cloud service monitoring and troubleshooting.

●Demonstrated experience in implementing cloud security measures.

●Familiarity with vendor management and coordination.

●Deep understanding of networking protocols, routing and switching, hypervisors, operating systems, and emerging cloud platforms.

●Ability to build customer relationships, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple priorities effectively.

●Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.

●Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical articulation and documentation. (bi-lingo, Chinese & English)

Preferences as a plus

●Strong project management and organizational skills is a plus.

●Cisco certification or other equal certification is a plus.

●Azure / AWS cloud certification is a plus.

●Experience in Kubernetes container development and use is a plus.
