岗位职责:

1、基于中央市场的产品策略计划,依据区域市场的实际情况,制定完整及有效的区域市场策略,与所负责区域推广团队和产品管理团队紧密合作,组织并推动相关产品的市场活动,包括研讨会,论坛,城市会等,以此加强与医生间的交流,帮助区域推广团队达成预期销售目标。

Based on the central marketing strategies and plans to formulate a complete and effective regional marketing strategy according to the actual situation of the region. To work closely with the regional promotion team and product management team to organize and carry out marketing activities, including seminars, forums, city conferences, etc., so that to strengthen the communication with doctors and help the regional promotion team to achieve the  sales goals.

2、维护所负责区域主要学术带头人网络,及时进行信息建立、关系维护,为区域推广活动邀请讲者,与学术带头人沟通、分享产品信息、研究观点及市场动态,营造稳固的合作关系。

To maintain the network with primary regional KOLs, establish connection timely and maintain the good relationship. To invite speakers for regional promotion activities, communicate and share product information, new research findings and market trends with them so that to create a stable cooperative relationship.

3、根据所负责区域现状开展市场调研,进行数据整理分析,为推广部门提出合理化建议。

To carry out marketing research according to the current regional situation, to analyze the data and put forward reasonable suggestions for the promotion teams

4、根据上级安排,结合区域实际,进行医药信息专员产品知识培训;

According to superior’s order and based on the actual regional situation, to conduct product knowledge training for sales team

5、参与所负责区域推广客户拜访、沟通,提高专业产品知识和市场知识;及时解答市场相关疑问,更新、跟进市场信息并给予反馈。

To visit and communicate with clients to improve professional product and marketing knowledge. To answer market-related questions timely, update and follow up market information and provide feedback

6、根据上级安排协助中央市场完成大型学术会议。

To assist the central marketing department to perform large-scale academic conferences

7、及时完成公司规定的各项报告及报表。

To complete the various reports and sheets in a timely manner.

8、协同公司其他产品组、其他产品,资源共享

To Collaborate with other product teams and share resources


任职资格:

熟悉属地心血管市场  

至少3年制药行业同等公司的工作经验  

具备符合合规要求的优秀业绩记录  

有心血管领域工作经验  

有市场或销售管理经验者优先
