Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with marketing and other stakeholders, find the key pain point for the relative business, and explore the opportunity / possibility to conduct market research
- Process management on quantitative/qualitative market research
(RFP/bidding/questionnaire/fieldwork monitoring/report back/insight sharing)
- Familiar with market data and syndicate PMR data with other available data to explore insight and leads to possible action
- Develop a strategic watch to identify the market trends and opportunities.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to feed the growth strategy of the business, BP support and strategy development support
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, master preferred;
At least 5 years working experiences in pharmaceutical company;
Solid market research experience (client or agency side);
Excellent English, both in spoken and written;
Good in communication in complex situation and logical thinking;
Strong willingless to learn and explore new fields;
Ability to collabore with cross function;
Expert in market research especially in Lung Cancer disease area
