Responsibilities:

1.负责制定部门规划与年度预算计划的制定,规范部门内各项制度和流程,强化部门内部管理能力。

Be responsible for making departmental plan and annual budget plan, standardizing the department regulations and processes, strengthening departmental management capabilities.

2.对科经理的日常管理给予辅导与监督,提升科经理的管理能力,在对员工培养、反馈、考核等方面给予指导,提升团队建设水平。

Provide coach and supervision for section managers’ daily management to improve their management capabilities, and provide instruction on staffs’ training, feedback and assessment, improve the level of team building.

3.对公司各项工程、设备进行规划并落实,包括建筑物、生产性设备、公用设备等方面的新增、改造、采购等。

Plan and implement the company's various projects and equipment, including the addition, renovation and procurement of buildings, product equipment and utility equipment, etc.

4.督导基建项目和技术改造项目相关设备、加强环保节能建设;各项内外部检查审查配合。

Supervise infrastructure projects and technical transformation projects relate equipment, strengthen environmental protection and energy-saving; cooperate with internal and external inspection audit.

5.指导和督促固定资产管理、设备检修和日常点检管理、设备运行管理,发挥设备最大效能。

Direct and supervise fixed asset management, equipment maintenance, daily check management, equipment operation management, maximize equipment efficiency.

6.确保DSSH工程部负责的相关设施的运行管理,符合GMP要求。

Ensure the operation and management of the relevant facilities under the responsibility of the DSSH engineering department in compliance with GMP requirements.

7.协助EHS部门落实公用设备方面的节能减耗工作。

Assist EHS department to implement energy saving and consumption reduction in utility equipment.


Requirements:

1.本科或以上学历,工程类、电气自动化等相关专业

BS degree or above, engineering、electrical automation or related majors

2. 8年以上制药企业工程管理方面的经验

more than 8 years of experience in engineering management in pharmaceutical industry

3. 熟练的英语或日语听、说、读、写能力

Fluent in English or Japanese

4. 优秀的团队领导能力、统筹规划能力、问题解决能力

Good leadership, overall planning abilities, problem solving abilities

5. 熟练使用各种常用办公软件

Be good at office/word/excel/CAD
