岗位职责：

1. Network Architecture & Design:

- Design and develop comprehensive network architecture plans that support the organization's business strategy.

- Ensure network designs are robust, scalable, and align with industry best practices.

- Evaluate and select appropriate networking hardware and software solutions.

2. Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead the deployment and configuration of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions across all company locations including cloud.

- Integrate new technologies seamlessly into the existing network environment.

3. Network Management & Monitoring:

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security; identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Implement network management and monitoring tools to ensure real-time visibility and control.

- Conduct regular network health checks and audits.

4. Security:

- Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect the company’s assets.

- Implement and manage network access control measures, including internal and external wireless security.

- Stay updated on the latest security threats and deploy appropriate countermeasures.

5. Troubleshooting & Support:

- Provide expert-level support for network-related incidents and problems across all locations.

- Work closely with the IT support team to resolve complex networking issues.

- Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.

- Prepare and present network performance and incident reports to management.

- Document best practices for network operations and maintenance.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of the latest networking technologies and innovations.

- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve network performance and reliability.

- Lead network-related projects and initiatives to support the company's growth and expansion.

资历要求：

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE or equivalent.

- Deep understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and VLANs.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise-scale environments.

- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex network architectures.

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security.

- Hands-on experience with network hardware from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).

- Develop and use scripts for network device management and monitoring (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

- Proficiency in PuTTY, SolarWinds Network Topology Mapper, NetBrain, Ekahau, Zabbix, ServiceNow or equivalent.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud networking, particularly Azure or AWS.

- Knowledge of identity management and access control solutions.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
