职位总体目的(主要职责)

1.Business Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement

-Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business units, understanding business needs and objectives.

-Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges.

-Facilitate communication and collaboration within IT and cross to other departments, ensuring that applications meet the needs of the business.

2.Digital Transformation (DX)

-Identify and recommend technologies and innovations that can drive business efficiency and effectiveness at the local level such as following systems, including:

-Oversee the deployment and integration of SAP S4/HANA and ensure system alignment with business processes.

-Implement and optimize pharmaceutical CRM, Event Management, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) related systems.

-Drive the implementation of plant automation systems and CSV.

-Oversee the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors for human capital management, aligning it with the global/local business’s HR processes and needs.

3.Technology Demand and Project Management

-Manage the demand pipeline by gathering, assessing, and prioritizing business requirements to ensure efficient resource allocation.

-Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time as planed scope and the budget.

-Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.

-Monitor and budget control on the performance of BP relevant initiatives, providing regular updates to IT lead.

4.GRC

-Work closely with the compliance & quality assurance team to address potential pharmaceutical compliance and GxP regulation relevant risks in business systems

-Follow and implement China Cyber security laws and company security requirements.

5.Team Management

-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT BP team.

-Assign and clarify roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure effective project and task management.

-Foster a collaborative and trust culture.

资历要求：

•Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with several years in a business partner lead or similar role.

•Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated sector is advantageous.

•Proven track record of delivering IT projects and driving digital transformation initiatives.

•Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.

•Experience with pharmaceutical CRM, Event Management, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) related systems.

•Experience with SAP S4/HANA, SuccessFactors, and plant automation systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is advantageous.
