Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee all clinical development activities in China.

o Develop China development strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with global project team.

o Create protocol for China local study.

o Work as China local medical monitor to ensure the high quality of study execution.

o Provide medical inputs to HA consultation (documents), and IND/NDA submission dossier.

o Scientific engagement with KEEs.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for China, collaborating with global clinical development team to integrate regional needs into global programs.

3. Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical development team in China, and ensure optimal resource allocation and budget management.

4. Work closely with cross functions (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, BDM, PrM, etc.) to achieve the goals of Development Devision.

5. Work closely with alliance partners(e.g. AZ and MSD), to accelerate and expand the development of DS pipelines in China.

Requirements:

1. Education background of clinical medicine.

2. A minimum of 15 years of working experience within the pharmaceutical industry and at least 8 years in clinical development in MNC.

3. 5 years and above people management experience.

4. Proven track record of leading and delivering clinical development programs, including regulatory submissions and product approvals in China.

5. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external collaborations with investigators and KEEs.
