Responsibilities:
1.Lead TROP2 ADC Dato-DXd launch readiness to ensure succsessful commercialization in collaboration with XFT and alliance partner
2.Develop brand strategy with insightful market understanding and integrated launch plan with relevant stakeholders
3.Build short-term and long-term forecast and ensure the forecast accuracy with deep understanding of market
4.Build good connection with internal and exteral stakeholders to ensure sufficient support
5.Closely work with promotional team and regional marketing team to drive effcient excution with quality
6.Team management with inspiration
Qualifications:
•5 years or above marketing experience in MNC, consulting and oncology experience is a plus.
•Bachelor' degree or above, medicine or related majors preferred.
•Good at both written and oral English
•Good at Office software
