Summary:
- Responsible for managing the medical science team and providing development, training and guidance to team members.
- Lead the medical science team, successfully implement medical strategies and activities, and be responsible for the strategic direction, business/resource planning, scientific leadership and personnel processes (recruitment, talent management, incentive and retention) of TA/products.
Responsibilities:- Be responsible for the recruitment, development, training and management of the medical affairs team;
- Lead the team to complete the following tasks:
- Development and implementation of TA medical strategy and medical plan;
- Discover unmet treatment needs and evidence needs that are consistent with medical strategies and develop clinical research plans and complete internal audits accordingly. Responsible for supporting research initiated by researchers;
- Publication of scientific articles;
- The management of national key KEEs, and the establishment of good academic cooperation and scientific exchanges;
- Design and implementation of medical innovation projects;
- Cross-function communication and cooperation to provide medical support for relevant departments;
- Ensure that the team complies with the company's rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Master of Clinical Medicine or above;
- At least 5 years of experience in medical affairs and at least 2 years of experience in central medical affair;
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen;
- Team management ability;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills, positive and optimistic;
- Good team spirit and high sense of responsibility;
- Good presentation skills.
