岗位职责:
1. 负责区域内零售业务目标达成。
Be responsible for achieving the regional retail business objectives.
2. 协助制定零售团队各项工作流程与制度,并提出改进建议、变革方案。
Assist in formulating various work processes and systems of the retail team, and put forward improvement suggestions and change plans.
3. 负责区域内零售业务数据的分析报告。
Be responsible for the analysis report of regional retail business data.
4. 负责区域内零售业务相关预算管理,包括各期经营目标的制定、费用的制定与执行、分析报告等。
Be responsible for the budget management related to the retail business in the region, including the formulation of business objectives in each period, the formulation and
implementation of expenses, and the analysis report.
5. 负责区域内零售项目管理,包括事务统筹、沟通联络、进度管理等。
Be responsible for the management of retail projects in the region, including overall planning, communication and liaison, progress management, etc.
6. 支持区域内零售项目市场活动的开展。
Support the development of retail project marketing activities in the region.
7. 负责区域内零售项目各项协议的审核、确认、申请,并进行业务评估和风险管控。
Be responsible for the review, confirmation and application of various agreements of retail projects in the region, as well as business evaluation and risk control.
8. 紧密关注行业变革及时调整区域经营策略,确保零售业务可持续增长。
Pay close attention to industry changes and adjust regional business strategies in a timely manner to ensure sustainable growth of the retail business.
9. 上级交办的其他各项工作。

教育水平
1.本科以上学历,医学/药学相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above,major in medicine/pharmacy is preferred.
相关领域工作经验及年限
2.熟悉医药市场环境与行业动态,具有零售业务管理经验、相关财务知识。
Familiar with the pharmaceutical market environment and industry dynamics, with retail business management experience and relevant financial literacy.
