主要职责:

1.  负责管理区域 MSL 团队,为MSL提供发展,培训和指导。

具体职责:

1.  招聘并发展MSL,通过培训和指导,提高MSL的专业能力,沟通能力,策略思考能力和商业敏锐度。

2.  通过定期的区域协访,给与MSL具体的反馈和指导。

3.  带领团队制定团队和个人的年度工作目标和个人发展计划,并定期回顾。

5.  专家管理和医学策略执行。

   KEE management and medical strategy implementation.

6.  支持中央医学团队策定产品医学策略,从区域角度给医学策略提供Input。

   Support the central medical team to determine product medical strategies and provide inputs to medical strategies from a regional perspective.

7.  根据中央医学策略,制定相应的区域MSL医学策略,并负责医学策略的落地和执行。

8.  领导MSL制定区域KEE的管理计划和执行,通过学术交流,提高区域KEE对于关键学术信息的认可,收集专家的洞见并进行内部反馈。

   collect experts' insights and give internal feedbacks.

   Support various clinical studies, including pre-launch & post-launch clinical trials.

11. 定期与商业团队沟通区域的医学活动计划,了解商业团队的产品活动计划,并支持重要的相关产品活动。

    Regularly communicate with the commercial team about the regional medical activity plan, understand the product activity plan of the commercial team, and support

12. 支持商务准入部门的关键项目和活动。

    Support key projects and activities of the business access department.

13. 负责团队的合规表现,管理团队达到公司的合规要求。

    Be responsible for the compliance performance of the team, and manage the team to meet the company's compliance requirements.


任职资历:

1. 临床医学硕士或以上。

  Master of Clinical Medicine or above.

2.4年以上医学事务相关经验和至少1年以上MSL管理经验。

 At least 4 years of experience in medical affairs and at least 1 year of experience in MSL management.

3. 英文流利。

 Fluent in English.
