根据公司各项规章制度和工作流程的要求,进行日常工作,促进人力资源部目标的达成。

To carry out the daily work according to the requirements of the company's rules and procedures, and promote the achievement of human resources Department's objectives.



1. 员工证件办理,如:居住证&人才引进 Responsible for the application of employees' residence permits and Shanghai permanent resident

2. 人事系统资料录入或上传资料 Rich New Employee Profile or materials uploading

3. 通讯费申请联络窗口&台账管理、生活津贴管理 Phone Rate Application contact window,ledger management, living allowance management

4. 年度体检 Annual medical checkup procedure

5. EHS相关事项 EHS related tasks

6. 各类员工活动支持 Kinds of employee activity support

7. 临时交办事项及月报 Other work assigned by the supervisor & monthly report



任职资格

1.专科及以上学历

College or above

2.1年以上工作经验

1 year and above working experience

3.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing


4.熟练使用各种常用办公软件

Familiar with common office software
