Responsibilities:
1.Create brand strategy and develop commercialization and execution plan to achieve launch excellence.
2.Understand consumer insights, synthesize customer insights to brand strategy, conduct insightful market analysis, drive innovative and effective brand communication, engage key thought leaders and establish strong relationship with them as well as launch campaign execution.
3.Collaborate with alliance team and internal cross-function team, particularly collaborate with medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment, GA team to develop the communication material and lobby experts for market access success.
4.Create and deliver scientific product and therapeutics presentations to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and other relevant audiences.
5.Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, medical or related majors preferred.
2、~5 years or above working experience in pharmaceutical industry among sales and marketing, consulting experience is a plus.More than 2-year experience of pharmaceutical product management experience, breast cancer experience is preferred.
3、Fluent in both oral and written English
4、Strong marketing activities execution ability and experienced collaboration with 3rd party associations.
5、Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed.
6、Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and possess an excellent sense of marketing and customer orientated attitude.
7、Communication: articulate clearly in both oral and written communication
