岗位职责:
1.Lead strategic planning and initiate strategic projects to drive OBD business success.
2.Establish oncology business go-to-market model and enhance organizational excellence.
3.Develop oncology TA strategy by tumor and ensure operational alignment across brands.
4.Deep dive oncology market environment and generate insights to identify business opportunities and challenges.
5.Responsible for OBD capability uplift programs including leadership development and marketing excellence.
6.Other ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
资历要求:
1.Bachelor Degree is must, MBA preferred.
2.8 years or above management consulting firm experience or strategic planning / marketing experience in MNCs, deep understanding on China pharmaceutical commercial environment.
3.Fluent English and Mandarin.
4.Strategic thinking / Project management / Communication.
5.Proficient in Excel and Power point.
