岗位职责:
1、Development Division Leadership Team Office
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate monthly development division leadership team meetings; proactively monitor the action items to ensure efficient execution of decisions
- Design and organize quarterly development division leadership team brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and strategic alignment
- Arrange and support ad-hoc LT meetings/discussions as needed, ensuring smooth processes and effective outcomes
2、Process and Capability Enhancement
- Lead division-level initiatives for process optimization, continuous capability building, enhance collaboration and promote innovation, drive cross function team’s collaboration and delivery
3、Organizational Operations Support
- Plan and execute quarterly development division town halls to communicate strategy, business priorities, and cultural values, enhancing engagement and alignment
- Design and organize development division monthly learning forum to promote knowledge sharing and professional skills development
- Coordinate development division milestone achievement information release process for key achievements, ensure compliance, timeliness, and maximum impact
- Support General Manager of development division in divisional level administrative activities and day-to-day operational activity as needed, improve overall operational efficiency
4、Collaboration with global R&D operation team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global R&D Operations; drive deeper integration of China development division into global initiatives and ensure successful implementation within China development division
5、Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning
- Support development division leadership team in division-level risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Assist in developing and maintaining the business continuity plan, organize drills and continuous improvement to ensure business stability
资历要求:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in life sciences, clinical medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Around 10 or above years in strategy and operations management, project management office, organizational development, or R&D operations, in multi-national pharma company R&D organization.
- Proven experience supporting leadership teams and delivering cross-functional projects
- Strong leadership, influencing and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking and big-picture orientation; ability to translate strategy into executable plans
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Looks for creative ways to solve problems when necessary and not compromise professional integrity
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously; work effectively under time constraints to meet deadlines
