岗位职责:

Lead ENHERTU new indications' readiness and launch in gynecology and urology in China to maximize patient share via collaborating with cross-functional teams.

1. Indication strategy and tactics development based on insightful market understanding

2. Closely work with cross function teams and alliance partner to align commercial objectives, strategy and action plan via appropriate communication mechanism

3. On-time deliver assigned tasks with high quality within allocated budget

4. Build and keep good relationship with TOP KEEs

5. Recruit and manage team with minimal turnover rate

 

资历要求:

1. Bachelor Degree is must, medical background preferred, MBA is a plus

2. 5 years or above marketing working experience at MNC, people management experience over 1 year

Oncology and consulting background with new product launch experience is preferred

3. Fluent Oral and Written English

4. Strategic thinking and planning expertise, solely developed BP; Self-motivated and good communication;

Customer and result oriented

5. Proficient in Excel and Power point
