岗位职责:

1、根据有效的市场洞察,制定完整及有效的产品策略:按照市场计划实施、检查进度,针对市场变化,随时调整计划,使得所负责产品达到预期销售目标。

Based on effective market insight, to develop the brand plan. To follow up the action plan, check the progress on time. To adjust the action plan what in order to meet the target at any time according to the market changes

2、建立并维护全国相关治疗领域的KOL网络,通过影响KOL来更好的推广产品。了解客户需求和医学前沿关键信息;设计、实施推广活动。

KOL engagement, establish and lead key relationships with KOLs. Fully understand the HCP insight and medical key message,  designing & executing the promotion campaign.

3、按照全年市场活动计划,组织,协调销售及跨部门资源,按时高质量地完成市场活动项目执行,严格控制费用。事后分析活动质量及效果。

To follow-up the annual marketing promotion plan, organize and coordinate sales and cross department. To complete the market activity on time and with high quality. Budget managment and quality analysis.

4、配合产品策略,制作相关产品的推广材料,如DA,学术幻灯等

To develop brand promotional materials  suach as DA/Slides and so on.

5、配合培训部完成全年新员工产品知识培训。

Cooperate with the Training Department to complete the annual product knowledge training for new employees.

6、参与推广部门及区域市场的协访,提高团队专业产品知识和市场知识。及时解答市场相关疑问,更新、跟进市场信息及策略并给予反馈。

Participate in HCP visit with promotion team and regional markets, to improve the team's professional product knowledge and market knowledge. Timely answer market related questions, update and follow up market information and strategies.

7、积极地面对面沟通,和有效的电邮确认,定期、迅速且准确的向上级汇报,并完成上级交付的任务

Actively communicate and confirmation by email, report to the line manager regularly, quickly and accurately, and complete the tasks from the line manager

 

资历要求:

本科及以上医药&医学相关专业

具备医药销售及市场经验,至少1年以上市场部产品管理经验,有外资企业工作背景者优先

英文书写,口语能交流

良好的沟通及表达能力;市场分析、评估能力;执行力;
