岗位职责:
1)与各业务团队紧密合作,充分了解业务需求和问题,通过全面的数据分析能提供有效的见解和方案;
Work closely with business teams to fully understand business needs and challenges, and provide effective insights and solutions through comprehensive data analysis.
2)了解各业务部门的不同的推广模式,对部署的有效性,生产力和盈利性做持续追踪和评估;
Understand the different promotional models by each BU, and continuously track and evaluate the effectiveness, productivity, and profitability of these initiatives.
3)协助评估内外市场环境,提供策略性建议;
Assist in evaluating internal and external market conditions and provide strategic recommendations
4)管理公司层面的SFE相关数据,提高数据使用的正确性、有效性和系统性;
Manage SFE-related data at the company level to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency of data usage
5)负责或支持其他SFE相关项目。
Lead or support other SFE projects
资历要求:
大学本科及以上学历
Bachelor's degree or higher;
3~5年以上医药公司销售绩效管理或数据分析经验,有外资医药工作背景者优先考虑
3~5 years or more of experience in SFE or data analysis; candidates with experience working at a MNC pharmaceutical company will be given priority.
熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力
Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English
较强的数据处理和逻辑分析能力,有10万条以上数据处理经验
Strong data processing and logical analysis skills, with experience processing more than 100,000 data records
较强的解决问题和抗压能力;沟通和人际交往能力
Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills; communication and interpersonal skills
熟练使用计算机,精通Excel,PowerPoint,Access, PBI等办公软件,熟悉BI系统运维
Proficient in using computers; highly skilled in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PBI; familiar with the operation and maintenance of BI systems
