岗位职责:


1.Support brand strategy and tactic plan development to achieve brand short-term and long-term P&L within allocated budget

2.Understand consumer insights, synthesize customer insights to brand strategy as well as insightful market analysis to drive innovative and effective brand communication and gain support from KEEs

3.Implement operational plan with quality to ensure higher SoV and physician perception change

4.Good collaboration with internal co-workers and external alliance partners to ensure fully support obtained


 

资历要求:

~5 years or above working experience in pharmaceutical industry among sales and marketing

2+ years of central marketing experience of Oncology or special care in MNC pharmaceutical company, relevant TA experience is preferred.

Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed.

Good capability in strategic thinking/planning

Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and possess an excellent sense of marketing, result and customer orientated attitude.

Communication: articulate clearly in both oral and written communication

Team Spirit: achieve results through team work as a valued leader / member in different setting
