岗位职责：

• Be responsible for the recruitment, development, training and management of the medical affairs team;
• Lead the team to complete the following tasks:
• Development and implementation of TA medical strategy and medical plan;
• Discover unmet treatment needs and evidence needs that are consistent with medical strategies and develop clinical research plans and complete internal audits accordingly. Responsible for supporting research initiated by researchers;
• Publication of scientific articles;
• The management of national key KEEs, and the establishment of good academic cooperation and scientific exchanges;
• Design and implementation of medical innovation projects;
• Cross-function communication and cooperation to provide medical support for relevant departments;
• Ensure that the team complies with the company's rules and regulations.

资历要求：

• Master of Clinical Medicine or above;
• At least 5 years of experience in medical affairs and at least 2 years of experience in central medical affair;
• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen;
• Team management ability;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills, positive and optimistic;
• Good team spirit and high sense of responsibility;
• Good presentation skills.
