1. Through cooperation with the national/regional society of Pathology / PQCC/ KEE , implement the action plan for diagnostic standardization to increase the rate of accurate diagnoses of the target hospitals

2. Establish academic exchange platform for pathologists and clinicians to improve the awareness rate of diseases

3. Set up and lead the  x-functional Dx-Rx platform among  MKT, Promotion, MSL

4. DS/AZ alliance and collaboration

5. Manage vendors which provides biomarker testing and related work

资历要求：

资历要求

1. Bachelor or above in biology/medical major

2. Working experience in Dx team or promotion of high performance anti-tumor products is preferred

Or At least 3 year experience in vitro diagnosis

3. Fluent in Chinese/English reading, writing

4. Strong execution and good regional action planning

Good data analysis, interpretation and communication

Good cross-functional collaboration ability

Strong learning agility and willing
